Carlton Wayne Morris, 58, formerly of Weldon passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at Halifax Regional Medical Center.
Wayne was born January 27, 1959 in Halifax County to the late Carlton Robert Morris, Sr. and Margaret Lassiter Morris. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Carlton Robert Morris, Jr.
Wayne is survived by his mother, Margaret Lassiter Morris; his sister, Deborah Sullivan both of Scotland Neck; his brother, Robbie Morris of Raleigh.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday in the chapel of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Randy Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery in Weldon, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:30 P.M. prior to the service.
