James Jay Daniel Ketcham, 90, died Saturday, August 9, 2014, at Liberty Commons Nursing Home.
Mr. Ketcham was born in Portsmouth, VA May 28, 1924, to the late James Jay Daniel Ketcham, Sr. and Harriet Ashton Ketcham. He was a WWII veteran serving with the Army Air Corps and attended Rosemary Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Violet Sexton Ketcham; his sons, Robert and Steven Ketcham and numerous grandchildren.
Nelson High will conduct a memorial service to celebrate Mr. Ketcham’s life Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service.
